PACTS II is a large Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prime contract awarded to ProTech Services Alliance, USA, a Joint Venture established with DWBHCORP as the SDVOSB Managing Member.

PACTS II is designed to establish a portfolio of Department-wide IDIQ contracts for non-information technology (IT) support services that will enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives, as well as cross-organizational missions.
