Steven D. MacDonald founded DWBH, LLC (DWBHCORP) in 2013 and currently serves as the CEO/CFO. He established and led five (5) Joint Ventures (JVs) of DWBHCORP which maintain their own prime contracts and focus. He previously served as COO at LSInc, achieving a five-fold increase in growth over 7 years. Mr. MacDonald’s last 19 years have been laser-focused on GOVCON corporate growth – with significant success. His most notable executive accomplishment has been assembling and enabling a world-class leadership team that has driven exponential growth and success at DWBHCORP. Mr. MacDonald holds a Masters (MS) degree in Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA and a Bachelors (BS) degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York, College at Brockport. He is a retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer with numerous corporate qualifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) to name a few.
Brian Lounsbury currently serves as the President of DWBH, LLC (DWBHCORP). He joined DWBHCORP in January 2025 with the merger between DWBHCORP and December Group, the company Brian previously established and led. DWBHCORP and December Group has been working together for years, including as co-Members in one of DWBHCORP’s Joint Ventures – this was a natural progression, and now Brian is taking DWBHCORP to the next level. Brian brings nearly two decades of federal contracting experience to DWBHCORP, including 5+ years building up December Group to 65 employees who all transitioned to DWBHCORP with the merger. Brian brings experience and expertise in process optimization, financial operations, business development, and relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clemson University and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and a Prosci-Certified Change Manager.
Al Gentle brings more than 46 years of experience as a leader in the Federal acquisition and procurement. He serves as Director of Operations, and leads Business Development efforts specific to U.S. Army work. He was instrumental in capturing DWBHCORPs’ PEO EIS HR Solutions (HRS PLS) contract with HRSS. Prior to joining DWBHCORP, he was the Director of Health and Professional Services at Serco Inc. where he developed and was responsible for the sustainment and growth of that business Group. Prior to that, Mr. Gentle was Group Vice President/Director of Operations, Technology and Health Services at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and Vice President, Technology Services Sector (TSS) Information Systems Group (ISG) at Sherikon Inc. (later acquired by Anteon Corp). Mr. Gentle served in the U.S. Navy and is a retired CDR SC, USNR with over 20 years of leadership, contracting and acquisition experience. He has a MBA, Business Administration from George Mason University and a BS, Industrial Management, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Selena is the Executive Generalist that makes everything go at DWBHCORP. She serves as our HR Lead and her expertise in insurance and compliance is key in her many roles. She also serves as the (billable) Regional Manager (RM) on our Army AMPO Task Order – one of our largest contracts. Selena graduated from Oglethorpe University with a B.A in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. Selena’s career has focused on administrative management as she has worked with various companies at ground level to assist in building their customer service teams and marketing departments. Selena is a results driven -focused leader, who has helped harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets- their associates
Justin LaMacchia as the Vice President of Business Development and leads Business Development efforts specific to Health Services work. With over a decade in the healthcare contracting arena serving the United States Federal Government, Justin has collaborated with agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, and the CDC. He has showcased his expertise in building and managing large teams and supporting critical projects by successfully recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and managing hundreds of full-time employees. Throughout his career, Mr. Lamacchia has demonstrated a deep understanding of government contracting, business development, and relationship management. His passion for supporting active and retired United States service members has been a driving force behind his professional achievements. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Central Florida and continuously pursues professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Michele Moor, is our lead Health Services Recruiter and Executive Generalist for DWBHCORP. Her expertise spans full-cycle recruitment for Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and essential support staff, alongside providing strategic support to the executive team. With over six years of specialized recruiting experience and 30+ years in office management HR, sales and customer services. Michele brings a wealth of knowledge. Holding a Medical Coding certificate from Brighton University, she excels at building lasting relationships and connecting top talent with career-advancing opportunities. Michele is known for her ability to effectively match the right candidate to the right position, driving successful placements.
